Piper Gilles is an American-born Canadian ice dancer who competes with Paul Poirier. She is a 2026 Olympic bronze medallist and multiple-time World medallist.

Piper Gilles was born in Rockford, Illinois, in 1992 and began skating early. She received Canadian citizenship in December 2013 and now represents Canada in ice dance with partner Paul Poirier. The pair teamed up in 2011 and are based in Toronto, Ontario.
