Paul LaPolice is an American-born Canadian football coach and broadcaster. He has led CFL teams and now coaches Canada’s national flag football team.

CFL coaching career

LaPolice began his CFL coaching career with the Toronto Argonauts in 2000, later moving to the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He served as head coach of the Blue Bombers from 2010 to 2012 and later became head coach of the Ottawa Redblacks. He won Grey Cups as an assistant coach with Saskatchewan in 2007 and Winnipeg in 2019.
