Early life and career

Jacob Hoggard was born in Burnaby, British Columbia, and grew up in Abbotsford. He rose to public prominence as a contestant on Canadian Idol, finishing third in 2004, before becoming the frontman of Hedley. His active years as a musician ran from 2003 to 2018.
